Toyota Kata workshops led by NCCE Kaizen Promotion Officer Brandon Bunn and North Carolina State University Lean Improvement Specialist Bill Iacovelli were well attended by conference attendees looking to foster a culture of continuous improvement, where both staff and incarcerated individuals collaborate to enhance production processes.

These awards are evidence of the good work Correction Enterprises does in providing jobs and job training to our offenders across the state in preparing them for possible employment opportunities and skills after prison.
