How to Earn a Referral Bonus

1. Refer a candidate for a Correctional Officer position.
2. The candidate lists you as the referring employee on their initial application.
3. The candidate is hired and remains employed for at least 90 days (to qualify for the first payment).

Referral Bonus Payment

You don't have to wait for a person hired to stay a full year for you to receive your Referral Bonus. Your bonus is paid installments at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months. If your person you referred reaches any milestone, you get paid for it.
