Larry Miller is the chairman of the Jordan Brand at Nike Inc., and the founder and chairman of the Justice & Upward Mobility Project (JUMP). He has garnered international respect for his reputation as an inspirational leader and master architect of how to build innovative, cultural and premium businesses in the world of sport and entertainment, establishing the standard for culture, athletic luxury footwear, and apparel.

Miller was president of the Jordan Brand from 1999-2006 and again from 2012-2021. From 2006-2012, he served as president and alternate governor of the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers. Prior to joining Nike in 1997, Miller served as president for Jantzen, Inc., manager for Kraft General Foods, and assistant controller at Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc.

His memoir, JUMP, My Secret Journey from the Streets to the Boardroom, was published by William Morrow/ HarperCollins in 2022. Co-authored with his daughter, Laila Lacy, JUMP details Miller's ascent from the streets of West Philadelphia to some of the highest distinctions of the corporate world.

In 2025, Miller founded JUMP to harness the cultural influence of sports, entertainment and brands to reshape narratives and catalyze access to education, employment, and economic mobility for youth and adults impacted by the justice system.

Tiki Davis

2026 Rehabilitation and Reentry Conference Speaker Tiki Davis

Tiki Davis is a man who embraced challenges from an early age. At just nine years old, he nearly lost his life when he was attacked and stabbed in the neck with a screwdriver. By 17, he found himself in dark places, navigating life without a present father and losing his mother first to incarceration and later to death.

Despite these hardships, Davis refused to become a statistic. He sought mentorship wherever he could find it, clinging to hope in the most unlikely places and within his own spirit. Determined to rise above his circumstances, Davis earned both a bachelor's and a master’s degree from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas, where he also made his mark on the football field, scoring touchdowns for the college team.

Though his ultimate dream of playing in the NFL didn’t materialize, fate had other plans. He landed a breakout role in the movie Friday Night Lights, standing out in an audition room of 200 competitors. In 2024, Tiki made history as his university's the first African-American Distinguished Alumnus and was inducted into Sui Ross State University’s Hall of Fame.

Beyond entertainment and athletics, he became one of the world’s top oil and gas engineers, working alongside industry giants like Wildcatter Clayton Williams. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to build communities, flipping homes, and investing in mom-and-pop barbecue restaurants to uplift others. Driven by a desire to show that success is possible regardless of one’s beginnings, Davis took his message global. Through his powerful storytelling and Tiki Factor principles, he inspires audiences worldwide, proving that resilience, determination, and faith can overcome any obstacle.

Kendall Taylor

2026 Rehabilitation and Reentry Conference Speaker Kendall Taylor

Kendall Taylor returns to this year's conference after leading a lively panel in 2025.

He travels the country speaking at prisons and schools and mentors small business owners and youth to inspire and positively change lives. He created Salute 1st, LLC  with one mission in mind: to impact men from all walks of life by challenging faulty perspectives and belief systems, building men of good character who possess the necessary critical thinking and emotional mastery skills conducive to a successful lifestyle.

Taylor grew up in a single-mother household with his younger brother Robert, in Gastonia. With no positive male influences present, Taylor found himself deep in the underworld of crime, drugs and violence, as well as becoming a father at age 15. In that same year, Taylor was arrested for the first time.

Taylor was involved in a deadly shootout when he was 16. He survived multiple gunshot wounds that, to this day, left a bullet lodged in his lungs. That pattern of destruction continued until he turned his back on a life of crime when he turned 27 and began to use his abilities to build rather than to destroy.

After his last criminal charge in 2007, Taylor began the arduous journey of working to overcome three felony charges. He went from working in the warehouse of a logistics company in Charlotte to starting his own company (Courier Logix, LLC). After a few years, Courier Logix merged with Metro Transportation Services, and Taylor secured a 49% ownership stake in the combined company. In less than three years, Taylor’s direct sales efforts contributed to a 400% increase in revenues for the company, generating over $5 million in operating revenue.

Taylor was formally recognized by the Charlotte Metro Supplier Diversity Council, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and Pride Magazine as an outstanding entrepreneur in the city. Taylor has received numerous awards, including a scholarship to the Tuck School of Business Entrepreneur Program, and public recognition for his business achievements and impact on the community.

Taylor created Salute 1st, LLC  with one mission in mind: to impact men from all walks of life by challenging faulty perspectives and belief systems, building men of good character who possess the necessary critical thinking and emotional mastery skills conducive to a successful lifestyle. He is also co-owner of Rock Soul Entertainment with his wife.
