The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is hosting a hiring event for Correctional Officer candidates at Harnett Correctional Institution. Full and part-time positions are available. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates hired into full-time correctional officer positions.

The minimum requirements to be a correctional officer are:
- Must be 18 or older.
