Six teams support the agency, from planning and policy to research, oversight and technology.

Our Teams

Manages analysis and reporting for the NCDAC Strategic Plan, and supports divisions and offices as they work toward the agency's mission.

Oversees how agency policies and procedures are developed and reviewed, and makes sure they comply with state, federal and departmental regulations.

Works with staff to put new programs in place, evaluates how well current programs work, and recommends improvements.

Reviews audits, identifies established and potential issues, follows up on findings, and promotes best practices through education.

Examines and evaluates agency activities, and recommends ways to strengthen internal controls, fiscal accountability and sound business practices.

Supports how information is handled, protected and shared across the Department's digital systems.
