Sending legal mail to an incarcerated person
Legal mail should be sent to the incarcerated person's current location by using the mailing address of the prison facility. The legal mail should be in an envelope with the law firm’s name and logo and the mailing address should be on the envelope.
The envelope should be addressed with the name, OPUS number, name of the prison facility and mailing address.
