Tiffany Kirby (#1263001) was serving active sentences for Habitual Felon, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Breaking and Entering and Felony Larceny After Breaking and Entering. She had a projected release date of Sept. 23, 2021. She now faces escape charges.

Charita Andrews (#1074799) was serving an active sentence for Felony Possession with Intent to Sell. She previously had a projected release date from prison of Nov. 8, 2020. She now faces escape charges. Andrews was apprehended by officers from the DPS Special Operations and Intelligence Unit and transported to the North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women in Raleigh.

James W. Jacobs (#0204385) was serving an active sentence for Habitual Felon and Breaking and Entering Vehicles. He had a projected release date of June 23, 2021. He is in the custody of Officers from the Division of Community Corrections.

Darryl Cordell was taken into custody by law enforcement in South Carolina, who transported him to a local detention center. Cordell was serving an active sentence for Habitual Felon, Felony Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and Entering, Open Container and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He had a projected release date of March 20, 2021.

Charles J. Williams’ ELC status was revoked due to new felony charges. Williams was serving an active sentence for two counts of Habitual Breaking & Entering and seven counts of Felony Breaking & Entering and Obtaining Property by False Pretense. He had a projected release date of Nov. 29, 2020.

Williams was arrested and is currently in custody in the Brunswick County jail.

State correctional and local law enforcement officers are seeking Wake Correctional Center minimum custody offender Michael Lee Willis-Rockett (#1297881), who was reported missing from his prison job assignment this morning.

He was last seen wearing green pants and either a grey or white tee-shirt around 9:50 a.m. at the Department of Public Safety’s Correction Enterprise warehouse in Apex, where the offender worked a prison job loading trucks of supplies for the prison system.
