Effective August 1, 2023, the NCDAC partnered with ViaPath to offer Offender Trust Payment services. NCDAC longer partners with JPay for these services. Notices were sent throughout July 2023 to all friends and family members who currently have either a Connect Network and/or GettingOut account.

Anyone having trouble making deposits through the new system can call ViaPath's toll-free assistance line at 877-650-4249.

NCDAC partnered with ViaPath and its subsidiaries to offer several options for sending funds to offenders in prison facilities. Notices were sent throughout July 2023 to all friends and family members who currently have either a Connect Network and/or GettingOut account.

Web, mobile, phone and walk-in options make money available in the offender's account on the next business day. The traditional method of mailing a money order remains a cost-free option.

Money orders must be sent with a deposit slip to TouchPay at the address below. Prison facilities do not accept or process money orders.

Only those identified as approved visitors for that offender are permitted to deposit funds to their account.

	Money Orders  Money orders must be made payable to TouchPay and sent with a deposit slip to:  For Trust deposits: TouchPay Holdings, LLC PO Box 174 Houston, TX 77001-0174 Funds will be available to the offender within ten business days - though TouchPay will make every effort to make funds available sooner.
