Strategic Partnerships
The Strategic Partnerships Section tracks, manages, and strengthens partnerships across the agency while identifying and developing new opportunities that enhance the reach, impact, and effectiveness of NCDAC programs and service delivery. The section builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure partnerships align with agency priorities and support NCDAC’s mission and strategic goals.
The section collaborates with NCDAC staff to develop and implement strategies that sustain and maximize partner engagement. This includes coordinating outreach efforts, supporting relationship management, identifying opportunities for collaboration, managing the letter of support process, coordinating agency actions related to board and commission appointments, and engaging with current and prospective partners to expand resources and improve outcomes.
NCDAC staff are industry leaders who serve on statewide and national boards and commissions, bringing their expertise and experience to advance the agency’s mission.
